Feed sync lets your agency automatically push listings from your CRM or property management system directly to CyprusSpot - no manual entry.
What it is
A scheduled connection between your agency's existing system and CyprusSpot. When you update a listing in your CRM, it syncs to your CyprusSpot profile automatically.
Supported formats (coming soon)
We're building support for XML feeds (OpenImmo, Kyero), CSV imports, and direct API integration. If your CRM exports listings, we'll connect it.

How does the verified badge work?
We verify each agency's identity and business registration before issuing the badge. It appears on your profile and all your listings.
Do you take a commission when I close a sale?
No. CyprusSpot charges a flat monthly subscription. We never take a percentage of your deals.
Can my whole team share one account?
Yes. Every plan includes an agency workspace so your team can manage listings, share leads, and track performance together.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you need to.

What happens to my listings if I downgrade my plan?
Your existing listings stay live. You can add new listings up to your new plan's limit. No listings are deleted on downgrade.
