2. Accounts & Obligations
- Users must provide accurate and lawful information.
- Misleading, false, or unlawful content is prohibited.
- Users are responsible for activity under their account.
3. Business Verification
Business verification reflects a records match against available registries at the time of review.
- Verification is not licensing or government approval.
- CyprusSpot may revoke verification badges or remove listings/accounts for inaccurate details.
CyprusSpot does not guarantee ongoing legal status or regulatory compliance. Verification reflects registry information at the time of review only.
4. Content Moderation
We may suspend or remove content and accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
